Here's our Management Team's photo diary of life on the Marina in May 2022...

The beautification of the entrance now extends to the squash court.
Cutting back overgrown vegetation to and from East Beach.
All homeowners are urged to have at least one green refuse bin.
Improving gardens within the Marina, including the bridges, is ongoing.
The speed limit on Marina roads has been reduced from 40kph to 30kph. Please comply!
An ongoing challenge is vessels going too fast in the canals. A guide - wake free is walking speed.
The condition of the Small Boat Harbour is noticeably improving. Jetties and walkways are more stable, and they have recently been repainted.
The new webcam positioned at the mouth of the Kowie River is very popular, particularly with fishermen and surfers.
Home-owner Prof Donald Kurtz did a presentation on Astronomy at U3A.
The dredger relocating between Cape Trafalgar and Jutland Island.
