RAMHOA Broadcasts
News: December 2021
Hello Marina Residents
Here are the Broadcasts (sent out via WhatsApp) about services and schedules during the holiday season:
Message from Ndlambe Municipality
Ndlambe Municipality would like to inform all residents that there is a burst water pipe on the corner of Main and van der Riet Street. This is a main junction in the reticulation system, thus a portion of the road and pavement has been cordoned off for safety. Water to the CBD has been switched off. The Infrastructure Department will be working on this. As it is raining quite heavily at the moment, work on repairs can only commence once the rain has subsided. R. Dumezweni, 23/12/2021.
Message from Multi Security
The festive season is upon us and many of our residents and visitors hit the beach for some well deserved R&R. After a recent reported incident along the beachfront Port Alfred Tourism, the Multi Security team and Ed Gutsche have launched Project Beach patrol on East Beach. The patrol is active from 06:00 am to 18:00 pm daily during the festive season! We want to ensure that our beaches are a safe space for all to enjoy! C Millard.
Refuse Collection
Refuse collection until 07 January will be daily on weekdays only from 14h00. Monday 27 will be from 11h00.
Contractor Holiday Shutdown
Last day on the Marina is 15 December, resume on Monday 10 Jan.
