Business Forum Beach Patrol

Port Alfred has some of the most breathtaking stretches of beach along the eastern seaboard of our country. Not only do residents choose to live here and tourist choose to visit because of its natural beauty, but also for the small-town safety and security aspect. However, no one is safe anywhere in our country right now and the criminal aspect has made its way into our quiet town as well. For this reason, we are choosing a proactive approach to safety to ensure out residents and visitors can still feel safe when visiting our shores and enjoying our beaches safely.
With the recent success of our Multi Security/Business Forum East Beach Patrols during the December and Easter festive season resulting in zero incidents reported during this time, it has become clear that these patrols cannot be a once-off occurrence. It is therefore imperative that we work together towards getting these patrols up and running 7 days a week from 6am to 6pm daily. To do this we need funding and would like to put a plea out to all businesses, residents and shareholders in our town to consider a monthly donation towards the Business Forum Beach Patrol fund.
