Pasta-Making Class

A pasta-making lesson with Hayley Howard of Back to Basics, kicked off what promises to be a fun, hands-on cooking series and it was a hit! A small group of residents, including four teens, gathered in the Marina Clubhouse and rolled up their sleeves to make pasta from scratch. They learned to shape gnocchi, fold ravioli, and run their dough through the pasta machine to create linguine. Hayley kept it interesting with gluten-free options and a tasty Neapolitan sauce jazzed up with capers, anchovies, and olives, plus a delicious mushroom sauce. Everyone got to dig into their creations, and the excitement was contagious—we can't wait for the next class!
